Overview
Forms are another way to get details (such as Email Address) from your customers or visitors from your website. Sendmunk has created two different types of forms to aid the process, which are:
- Basic Form
- Polls
Basic Forms
This is more used to trace down a more direct question being displayed in five (5) different ways. It's basically used to collect email addresses and phone numbers. Basic form is also a good way to get users consent to send email and sms campaigns.
Polls Forms
Polls are basically used to collect survey such as voting survey.
How to use the site code on other platforms:
The site code gotten from either the Basic or Polls Form should be placed on the head tag on every page on your site.
