Overview

Tags have been created in Sendmunk for the use of organising as well as grouping contacts.

Tags are created to help you categorize products / contacts across also improving your workflow, giving easy access to locate group of people for sending campaigns and allowing multiple teams to work together at the same time.



Here are some common use cases on how to manage and group tags.

  • For instance, you have multiple users in your company, you can use tags to group teams into their individual responsibilities.


  • Tags can also note what tag name is used for communication. For instance, aiming campaigns to specific individuals such as unsubscribers or existing customers.


  • Tags make it easy for you to send campaigns to different lists, easier and faster for special occasions such as sales and announcements.


In Sendmunk, tags are easily added when trying to create / importing a contact.
