Unsubscribe Page Settings is used to get a feedback why your customers are unsubscribing from your campaigns.
You have the option of customizing the text where contacts can unsubscribe from receiving emails.
Some Preset reasons have already been created.
How to create an unsubscribe page reason:
If you want to use a custom unsubscribe and/or preferences page for every email sent, follow these steps for every list as well as your preference pages forms.
- Click on Add reason
- Give your reason a title and save.
