SMS/MMS Chatbox automatically respond and have conversations with your audience. ChatBots can help with customer surveys, qualifying leads, driving sales and providing customer service.


This makes it more easier to have conversations and feedbacks from your customers even when unavailable.


Prerequisites

  • To create a chatbox it must contain a trigger word. This trigger word will be sent by your customers to your mobile number to initiate the chat box.
  • Each bot MUST contain its own individual and different trigger word.
  • You must select from either of the trigger types available; EQUALS TO or CONTAINS. 



Here are are the steps to take to create your chatbox:
1. Click on New Bot Logic




2. Select a preset to use or create your bot from scratch.




3. Name your bot logic, select a trigger type and type in a trigger word.




4. Start making changes in the bot builder.




5. To end a bot, click on "close ended question". To continue the bot question, click on "open ended question". If you would like to just add a message, click "message". 




6. Ensure you select an attribute for each question added.




Finally save and exit.


All created bot will be views with the option to turn on/off a bot.
