An SMS/MMS campaign is a coordinated set of individual messages that are deployed across a specific period of time with specific purposes.


NOTE: Campaigns can only be sent to verified contacts or contacts that have given consent.

To create an SMS/MMS Campaign:

  • Click on Create campaigns on the menu bar





  • Click New Campaign





  • Create a campaign name, message body and schedule a time to send the campaign.




All created SMS/MMS campaign will be displayed on the page.

To edit or delete a campaign, click the icon underneath the ACTION column.
