Sendmunk has created subaccount which is a separate account that is nested within a bigger account. 

It can be used to group different business or projects in different accounts. Each sub account is created for a specific purpose and is restricted based on the team members added in the account.


NOTE: Team members added in a specific account are restricted to make changes in the specific account added along with adding the role they play in the account. 


Adding a subaccount

Subaccounts are used for organising and creating team permissions.


To create a subaccount:

 • Click on Settings- Subacount on the menu bar

 • Click Add subaccount






 • Enter a subaccount name



 • Click Add


All created subaccounts will be shown on the page.

To delete or edit a subaccount, click on the icon underneath ACTION.
